The giraffe was an animal native to earth. The giraffe is a four-legged herbivore that had a long neck and a body covered in spots and had two horns on top of it's head. Giraffes had long necks so they could eat leaves from trees and due to their large size most predators left them alone. Giraffes were social animals as they lived in herds a trait their smaller cousin the okapi now has. Sadly giraffes are now extinct to due climate change. As the earth went through a change in weather it got too cold so the cold killed off all giraffes. However their cousins the okapi still survive as a living reminder of giraffes.
